A brooding and powerful rendition of Barossa Shiraz. Made using partially dried grapes to increase the fruit intensity, as they do in the famed Italian Amarone wines.
Deep purple. Dark berries, spice and cedar oak. Full-bodied and intense with blackberry, mulberry and plum fruit, hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and espresso, structural tannins, charry oak and a long, rich finish. Decadent!
