Incygnes is the Latin word for “gem”, an apt description of the wines produced from the Green’s Vineyard in the Barossa Valley, planted in 1970 to Shiraz and Grenache.
Youthful dark red to purple. Blackberry, cherry, espresso and black pepper aromas. A rich and powerful red, with black and purple fruit saturation, concentrated liquorice and black pepper complexity, and plenty of toasty oak. Ageing well.
