A relatively unknown sub-brand from Hollydene Estate - a vineyard in NSW's Upper Hunter Valley. This flavoursome Shiraz is drinking well now and over the next couple of years.
Deep, dark red in appearance. Plum, mulberry, blueberry and light toasty oak aromas. Rich and supple with a good mix of red, black and blue fruit, with quality oak in support, bright acidity and peppery spice notes to finish.
