Lambrook Wines is a boutique winery owned by husband and wife team, Adam and Brooke Lampit, which produces high quality, regionally distinct Adelaide Hills wines in limited quantities.
In the glass: Medium density garnet.
On the nose: Lovely aromas of strawberry, white mushroom, forest floor, earth, spice and smokey oak.
On the palate: Very fine with elegant red berry fruits, creamy roundness and mouthfeel and spot-on balance of stalky freshness and toasty oak depth. It will flesh out beautifully and integrate further with time.
