The more robust red varieties can do really well in warmer vintages in Orange, and this deliciously flavoursome Cabernet is a great example of what can be achieved.
Deep red purple. Struck match, blackcurrant, leather, wood smoke and black pepper. Complex, ripe and juicy entry with a rich and full-bodied mix of black fruit, spicy and ferrous tannins, supple acidity and chocolatey oak in support. Delicious.
