McWilliam’s Rosehill vineyard, planted by Maurice O’Shea in 1946, “has a unique volcanic soil structure atypical for the Hunter Valley” resulting in Shiraz of distinctive character.
Presenting a medium red colour, this Shiraz features fresh red berry aromas with hints of earth over vanillin oak. Ripe and mid weight, the palate has plump layers of fruit, a savoury mid palate, silky tannins and balanced supporting oak.
