In the glass: Deep red colour.
On the nose: Peppery black fruit, cassis, tobacco and clove over strong coconutty oak.
On the palate: Juicy and rich with sweet black fruit depth and savoury, cedary length. Shows regional notes of leather, earth, crushed leaf and black pepper with rich tannins and robust oak providing support. Will take some time to come together in the bottle and therefore will reward medium-term cellaring.
