Petersons Wines has been producing top quality wines since 1981 and continues the tradition with this sumptuous 2012 Shiraz Cabernet crafted from Mudgee fruit by winemaker Gary Reed.
This blend opens with aromas of red fruits, confectionary, earth and mint over cedary oak. The vibrant yet medium weight palate is showing spicy red fruits and mulberry with savoury hints of white pepper, crushed leaf, cedar and tobacco. Finishes long with fresh acidity and good supporting oak.
