Phil Ryan Shiraz 2016

Phil Ryan is one of the Hunter Valley’s Living Legends and certainly made a massive contribution to the region being known as one of the country’s finest.
 
In the glass: Vibrant, youthful purple.
On the nose: Fragrant, earthy dark berry fruit lift.
On the palate: Incredibly bright with waves of peppery red and black fruits, very fine tannin depth and savoury oak support. Very youthful but with reward a stint in the cellar.
