Frankland River is the coolest and most isolated wine-growing region in WA, and has gravel-loam soils of moderate fertility that are ideal for growing grapes and producing wines like this Cabernet blend.
Deep crimson in colour this blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon displays earthy, spicy and slightly funky aromas. Sweet, plummy fruit richness on the palate is complemented by ripe dark berries and a touch of mocha. It’s a fruit-driven blend with good length and balance and a firm, savoury finish.
