This Gold medal-winning Coonawarra Cabernet was crafted by Rymill’s French-born Senior Winemaker, Sandrine Gimon who completed her winemaking internship at Champagne’s Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin.
Dark red black in the glass, it has a nose characterised by sweet cassis, currant and fruit cake lift. The palate expresses classic Coonawarra power with a seamless elegance and layers of cassis, cedar, plum and spice. It has well-judged cedary oak in support with soft, ripe tannins and fine acidity.
