The Schild family have been tending their vineyards in The Barossa Valley since 1952, so really know their terroir. This wine shows classic regional depth and richness.
Deep, dark red purple. Toasty oak, blackberry, plum and cedar. Shows a dark core of fruit with toasty oak delivering vanilla and mocha notes, fine supple tannins, black olive and pepper complexity and good balance throughout.
