Serafino Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2013

Serafino’s black range hails from their McLaren Vale vineyards where the diversity of soils and orientation of the vines results in distinctly varietal, complex wines like this beautifully structured GSM.
 
In the glass: Dense, deep red black.
On the nose: Richly-concentrated black cherry with curranty density, black pepper and brown spices.
On the palate: Ripe and dense red and black fruits with mouth-filling velvety richness and simmering depth. Very youthful and well structured with great potential to improve further.
