In the winery: After fermentation and malolactic fermentation, it was matured for a further 24 months in new and older French barrels and hogsheads.
In the glass: Full, inky dark red.
On the nose: Rich dark berry, currant, plum and sweet oak lift.
On the palate: Full-bodied, ripe and juicy with a concentrated core of dark fruit and plush, ripe tannins, Charry oak provides structure and support to the long, plummy finish.
