Although arguably more well-known for its superb cool climate Riesling and Shiraz, the Canberra region is also producing excellent Cabernet, as this example shows.
Inky dark crimson in appearance. Super-concentrated aromas of blackberry, fine herb, bay leaf and deluxe oak spice. Fresh and bright black fruit, black olive and black pepper depth, equally impressive oak and attractive savoury spice notes to finish.
