Liz Jackson is one of the Hunter Valley’s most successful winemakers whose name you’ll see on a range of fine local drops. She and her husband Shaun Silkman have combined their talents for their own label, which is on show in this intriguing blend.
A vibrant, attractive red colour, this blend has a lovely, spicy Pinot-dominant nose with ripe strawberries and dried oregano notes. The plush, elegant palate is also Pinot-driven with soft layers of red fruits in a very approachable style. A light to medium bodied wine that’s really easy to drink and could even be served lightly chilled in summer.
