This quirky, boutique label was born when two mates, Tony 'Snake' Davis and Redmond 'Herring' Sweeney pooled their considerable winemaking and marketing talents.
Deep red purple. Fresh dark berry fruit with hints of pepper, mint, earth and leather. Rich and full-bodied with concentrated cassis and plum, firm and ferrous tannin foundation, red berry-like acidity and chocolatey oak in support.
