A barrel selection of old vine Barossa Shiraz, made by the 2020 Barossa winemaker of the year Stuart Bourne, from the 10/10 2018 vintage. A recipe that is hard to ignore.
Full, deep red. Lifted dark berry, currant, plum, iron stone, leather, earth and cedar oak. Full-bodied with masses of black fruit, layers of rum and raisin chocolate, fine yet concentrated mocha tannins, plenty of sweet oak and terrific satiny length.
