Hunter Cabernet is a rarity, but the Sweetwater Vineyard produces some of the region's best. A product of the vineyards' unique red volcanic soil over limestone.
Deep, dark red. Concentrated red and black fruit and toasty oak. Youthful and intense, supple and juicy with a sweet raspberry, plum and blackcurrant fruit core, well-balanced vanillin oak, savoury acidity, and excellent flavour persistence.
