Tahbilk’s Eric Purbrick range is made from the most outstanding fruit of the vintage, befitting this fine tribute to man behind Tahbilk wines from 1931 until 1978. This 2009 Shiraz is beautifully textural and flavoursome.
 
While it’s rich and chocolatey with mocha and liquorice-like depth, this flagship Shiraz still displays fresh primary fruit intensity. Some secondary notes add complexity and sweet oak underpins a textural and flavoursome wine.
