While the Tatachilla of today was launched in 1995, the origins of the winery and the name go back as far as the early 1900's, and are synonymous with South Australian winemaking.
Deep. Dark red. Vanilla bean, blackberry, plum and smokey oak. Classically varietal showing black and blue fruits, lovely savoury spice, deep peppery tannin foundation and charry vanillin oak.
