Terra Mia Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

McLaren Vale’s Vinrock team present a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with heart under the Terra Mia label, which means ‘my land’ in Italian. It has inky dark berry aromas and is the perfect accompaniment to a soul-warming cottage pie with minted peas.
 
Inky dark berry fruit aromas characterise the nose of this deep dark red coloured Cabernet Sauvignon by multi-award winning winemaker Michael Fragos. The palate, which is still youthful and fresh, is full of appeal with its intense dark fruit flavours and minty lift, balanced acidity and a grainy tannin structure.
