Owner of Thompson Estate, Peter Thompson, combines his passion for wine and his profession as a cardiologist to create this estate-grown Four Chambers range that includes this delicious 2014 Shiraz.
 
In the glass: Deep red purple.
On the nose: Intense blackberry and plum with hints of liquorice, leather, mint and vanillin oak.
On the palate: Mouth-filling red and black fruits with long, supple tannins, quality oak and excellent flavour length. Great value.
