Turkey Flat are custodians of vineyards that date back some 150 years, and some of this old vine fruit is used in this wine, that to us, should be sold for twice the price.
Medium density ruby. Dark cherry, plum, mulberry and stalky spice. Quite earthy and savoury with a peppery mix of plum and blackberry fruit, plenty of deep white pepper tannins, notes of bay leaf, cocoa and charcuterie and a long, savoury finish.
