Willow Bridge Dragonfly Shiraz 2011

Willow Bridge Estate aims for a Shiraz that’s between the warm and cool climate styles – both generous and vibrant. The Tasting Panel thinks they’ve achieved that in this fine 2011 example and you’re guaranteed to as well!
 
This dark red to black coloured Shiraz features dense, inky black fruit and lifted currant on the nose. The palate is firm, spicy and concentrated with inky fruit ripeness over subtle toasty oak and spice. Medium weight and youthful with firm tannins and good length. Will cellar well in the medium term.
