Willunga Cabernet Shiraz 2010

Willunga might be newcomers on the McLaren Vale scene, but with the extensive experience of winemaker Tim James it’s little wonder that their wines, like this fabulous Cabernet Shiraz are critically acclaimed.
 
This deep red coloured Cabernet Shiraz presents a nose full of plum and currant aromas with cedar oak lift. On the palate there’s amazing depth of currant, plum and cedar flavours. It has a velvety mouthfeel and plush mid palate that’s juicy, rich and long, yet elegant.
