This brilliant, deep red Shiraz Viognier is showing rich blue and black fruit sweetness with cool climate white pepper, a touch of funk, and luscious persistence and balance. The palate features beautiful savoury layers of plum, dark cherry and spice over quality, well-judged smoky oak in an elegant style making it a great food wine. Tight-grained tannins ensure excellent cellaring potential from a regional classic.
