Zilzie Regional Collection Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

As the name suggests, this delicious 2012 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon by Zilzie Wines heralds from the famous terra rossa soil and maritime climate of Coonawarra.
 
Lifted cherry berry and cedary oak aromas open this full red coloured Cabernet. Crafted by winemaker Mark Zeppel, the elegantly styled palate is medium weight with ripe layers of red berry and plum. It’s quite firm at the moment but will soften in the mid-term.
