Zonte’s Footstep winemaker, Elena Brooks, has crafted an interesting blend of Sangiovese and Barbera from pristine South Australian fruit.
This medium to deep red coloured wine opens with hints of smoked meat and cola under ripe blackberry aromas. It’s bright and astringent framework of acidity holds flavours of spice, ripe black fruits, hints of anise and fine black, chocolatey tannins.
