Fresh from Punt Road’s cool climate Yarra vineyards, this Sparkling has beautiful complexity and texture thanks to barrel fermentation and extended time on lees.
Presenting an excellent straw green colour in the glass with a very fine bead, it appeals with positive yellow peach aromas with hints of mushroom, fig and florals. With its varietal richness, barrel-driven depth and vegemite lees notes, it’s quite masculine and rich with multi-layered elements of melon and fig, the depth and harmony of oak perfume and creamy, leesy persistence.
