Premium cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit was picked, fermented and blended. It underwent secondary fermentation to create this drink-now style.
In the glass: Vibrant lemon.
On the nose: Oyster shell, lemon, pear, apple and brioche.
On the palate: Full-flavoured yet elegant and long with lovely stonefruit depth, vibrant and slatey minerality, zesty acidity and green apple-like persistence.
