We don't see a lot of Sparkling wine out of Western Australia, but the climate of Pemberton in the South can produce perfect cool climate fruit for Sparkling production.
Pale lemon yellow in colour with aromas of stonefruit, red apple, nougat and spice. On the palate, the wine presents sweet lemony fruit, nectarine and honeydew flavours with creamy complexity and fresh red berry-like acidity.
