A beautifully crafted Rosé, made with Pinot Gris grown on vineyards in South Australia's Limestone Coast. A delicious food wine but also mouth-watering enjoyed alone.
Very fine straw with a pink hue. Elegant harmony of white strawberry, ozone and fennel. Beautiful satiny balance with fine white and red berry and anise flavour weight, and long, fine umami on to a dry, savoury and almost salty finish.
