On the nose: Rich stonefruit with strong mushroom, shortbread, butterscotch and sourdough.
On the palate: Full-bodied, creamy and complex with layers of velvety fruit, nutty aldehyde notes and yeasty lees richness. A strong backbone of acidity keeps everything fresh despite obvious bottle development.
