A rich and complex blend made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with nutty, honeyed richness combined with focussed acidity to make a very satisfying drink.
Mid golden yellow. Toasty apple, oatmeal, dried fig and vanilla pod. Complex yet vibrant with spun honey notes, supple acidity, good tension between acid and developed characters, and a clean, focussed exit. Lovely drinking.
