Logan Vintage 'M' Cuvee Sparkling 2010

Created in cool climate Orange by winemaker Peter Logan, the Logan Vintage M Cuvée is more than just a beautifully presented bottle.
 
This Sparkling is bright copper pink in the glass with a very fine bead. The Pinot fruit contributes strawberry sherbet aromas over hints of citrus and cracked wheat. The palate is complex and alluring with multi-layers of peach and strawberry, a silky texture and a mouth-watering acidity. With a harmonious yeasty richness and long finish it is a great food wine as opposed to an aperitif.
