This Fiano-based Prosecco is made using the Italian method where secondary fermentation occurs in a pressurised tank, and the wine is then bottled under pressure.
Bright pale straw. Lemon zest, green apple and almond meal. Rich yellow fruit entry with some nutty, leesy complexity, peach, honeydew melon, hazelnut and almond core depth and creamy acid freshness in a ripe and flavoursome style.
