The 2016 Stonier Sparkling is made from Chardonnay (92%), with small amount of Pinot Noir (6%) and Pinot Meunier (2%) added to enhance the flavour profile of the blend.
Pale and bright. Autolysis lift over bread shop and marzipan. Full-bodied and terrifically textural with a rich core of peach and nougat, fine mousse and mouthfeel, and a long, savoury finish. Very complex, deeply-flavoured and drinking well.
