Fine straw yellow in the glass with a very fine bead, this classic Sparkling opens with loads of Champagne-like magic showing positive yellow fruit, yeasty richness and vanilla biscuit notes on the nose. Stunning and still fresh, the palate delights with subtle yet generous flavours, excellent complexity and beautiful texture. Getting close to showing its best.
