Yarra Burn's Vintage Sparkling's are always an amazing value and quality proposition, and winemaker Ed Carr has done it again with this excellent 2020 example.
Pale lemon colour. Lemon rind, red cherry, green apple and French pastry. Energetic, bright and fresh, with a layered mix of citrus and red berries, underlying bread shop complexity, fine mousse and a gently creamy mouthfeel.
