Berton are the only growers in the country to produce this obscure French variety. It was created in France in 1961 by crossing Grenache Gris with Saint-Pierre Doré.
Pale lemon green. Citrus, stonefruit and light florals. Fresh and juicy Tahitian lime, star fruit, white peach and green apple, lively acidity and mouth-watering texture, with hints of lemongrass and sea salt on the long finish.
