Sarah Gough planted Vermentino because its sundrenched Sardinian origins promised it would thrive in Central Victoria’s hot, dry summers.
Pale straw in the glass. Ripe pear, anise, citrus spices and a light vanilla lift. Delicate and bright with rich layers of pear and apple, fine, mouth-watering texture and a umami-like salty layer persisting. A lovely Vermentino.
