Briar Ridge Stockhausen Chardonnay 2016

The 2016 vintage marked 25 years that Karl Stockhausen has been involved with Briar Ridge Wines. This modern Hunter Chardonnay is a perfect homage to Karl and his skills.
 
In the glass: Bright pale yellow.
On the nose: Fresh white peach, fig and honeydew melon perfume.
On the palate: Clean and fresh with tight yellow fruits, light vanillin oak and notes of savoury lees complexity. Shows a delicate citrus and mineral acid profile with power in the background.
