The Limited Release Pinot Grigio grapes used to make this wine were entirely grown at Brown Brothers’ cool climate Whitlands vineyard at the top end of the King Valley.
Crafted by Joel Tilbrook, this delicious Pinot Grigio is pale straw yellow coloured with a slightly smokey, leesy nose showing lime and white peach aromas. Very smooth and textural, the palate offers a hint of varietal oiliness yet it’s clean and lifted with layers of pear and nectarine, and finishes with a silky mouthfeel and savoury length. True to Pinot Grigio style, this wine is best served chilled and is perfect paired with dishes like wok tossed Asian greens.
