Carillion is a boutique operation working across Orange and the Hunter, producing artisan wines of high quality.
Very pale straw in colour. Citrus, lemongrass, gooseberry and green capsicum on the nose. Lean and restrained with zesty acidity, supple mouth-feel and plenty of tropical fruit depth. Quite minerally and pure with a long, generous finish.
