Catherine Vale Wines is situated in the Hunter Valley with plantings of Semillon, Chardonnay and Verdelho, plus recent additions of Arneis, Barbera and Dolcetto.
Pale lemon in the glass. Melon, citrus, cashew and nougat. Medium to full-bodied with good balance of fruit and savoury elements, gentle stonefruit and grapefruit core depth, lovely minerality and fresh acidity on the dry, savoury finish.
