A very consistent Adelaide Hills Sauv Blanc from a regional star producer. Unsurprisingly a worthy Trophy winner from the 2019 wine show circuit.
Bright pale lemon green. Tropical fruit, citrus and dried herb aromas. Light-bodied yet packed with flavours of passionfruit, guava and fresh lime, a layer of sweet herbs and a hint of minerality, crisp acidity and a long, fresh finish.
