Sourced from a single vineyard in the sub-region of Willunga, this is a great example of a variety that has quickly become one of the region's premier white styles.
Very pale straw in appearance. Complex nose of jasmine, lemon and sea spray. Very flavoursome, juicy and generous with white peach, lime, white flowers and lemon salt, zippy acidity, and a tightly-wound finish.
