This wine is a blend of three of the classic Rhone varieties which grow so well in McLaren Vale's Mediterranean-style climate.
Mid lemon colour. Fragrant lift of apricot, peach, pineapple and honeysuckle. Full-bodied and richly flavoured with a deep core of apricot and tropical fruit, velvety texture and juicy acidity, and a touch of smoked oyster on the finish.
