On the nose: Expressive yet delicate nose of chamomile, ripe lemon and lime.
On the palate: Restrained and lithe with flavours of lime juice, lemon pith and faint passionfruit, lovely wet stone-like minerality and zippy acidity through to the mouth-watering finish.
